They made it easy for us to rent out our previous home without worrying about living a distance away from it. No problem was too small for them to resolve on our behalf. Gordon gives good advice about what is fair and reasonable for a tenant to expect and for a landlord to provide. I've dealt with many letting agents over the years, both as a landlady and tenant, and I can honestly say that Belvoir Chester are the most competent, friendly and attentive letting agent that I've ever dealt with. I recently used Belvoir to look for a new property to rent after spending a few very sad weeks dealing with other agencies. In todays mad property world it is refreshing to be able to write a positive review about a Letting Agent. I have let my apartment in Chester with Belvoir Chester for many years now and the Manager, Gordon Rogers, has always been there when needed. Best estate agents I've ever used by far! Lorna just goes above and beyond with a fantastic line of communication would highly recommend as I've had alot of bad estate agents in the past but belvoir has restored my faith!

We rented our first home with Belvoir. They made the whole experience quick and easy. Any issues we had were fixed fast and efficiently. We will definitely rent off them again as the customer service was everything you could hope for in an estate agents.

Avoid. Or at least avoid Gordon. He is overly obsessed about gardens, hounding you to spend all your life trying to achieve some level of garden perfection possible only in his imagination. Maintained garden perfectly well and were still charged extortionate gardening fee upon ending tenancy.
