We had a few wobbles along the way,with the house falling through at one stage, but Leah was calm,confident and gave extremely wise advice throughout. Also big thanks to Neil who went out of his way (on his way home) to recheck my meter readings . I call that going over and above expectations. I can only wish that Belvoir would open a branch in Stroud where I live!
