The entire process of buying a small investment property through Belvoir Cheltenham has been a good one! At initial viewing Leah was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. A complete contrast to other local estate agents who were nowhere as good! Once our offer to purchase was accepted Leah's recommendation of a Cheltenham solicitor was excellent too, making the whole buying process stress free. Communication was good and queries were answered quickly. Highly recommend the whole team and in particular Leah, but also Sammie, Jodee and Neil who always did their best to assist if Leah was out of office.
