We have found a lovely property to rent through Martin & Co. Masum has been very helpful, quick to respond and easy to get hold of when he is not in the office as he also has a mobile to contact him on. He even researched what broadband and TV providers we could have (sometimes sky or virgin media aren't available in certain property buildings). Masum has been in regular contact with us, even though we don't move in until the 1st of October, which I believe is a nice touch (normally you hear nothing once you have committed and handed over some money). We were very quickly sent through a link to PropertyFile which I have looked at and am very impressed, no more phone calls and personal emails going back and forth. This is great as I can log everything that I need (like repairs) on there. Very happy with the service I have been provided so far. Can't wait to move. When we decided to relocate out of London we settled on Chelmsford. Lovely little city with great amenities close to London still. We found a property with Martin & Co. Our contact was mostly with Beth. She was very helpful and worked with us to ensure we could do a virtual viewing and then a Covid secure physical viewing. We are using Martin & Co Chelmsford to let out our house. They have been extremely helpful on so many fronts, from advice while we were purchasing the property through to assisting in getting it ready to let. John was brilliant, providing pragmatic advice and was never too busy to have a chat. He organised work to be done to the house at a reasonable rate which was a good quality finish.
