They do not waste time, know the business inside out, and you don't have a long contract with them, i.e. you can give them a weeks notice...This puts the pressure on them hence they sold our house straight away, when it didn't work out they sold our house again within a week. Needless to say they are brilliant. Whenever we contacted John he always answered our call or returned our call the same day. Throughout the sale we were kept up to date with progress. When we appointed them they didn't waste time and they took photos the next day, and put the house on the market straight away. John listened to us and used his expertise to advise us.
