Thanks to the Chelmsford team for a professional and friendly service selling my house. It's good to deal with a small team offering a personalised service, who know the local market. I liked the initial online service allowing me to complete documentation remotely, making the process as simple as possible. Also having a dedicated person who liaises with both buyer and seller's solicitors and provides weekly updates to all parties throughout the process was very helpful.

Boiler packed in, Murphys law coldest spell of the year, a very big thank you to Robert Jackson, kept us up to date at all times, never easy getting the landlord to accept quotes so quickly at this time of the year, and quite an exp[ensive excersise, so a very big thank you to Robert, and a big thank you to the Landlord, also I have to include the outstanding work by Dan and Chris from Thomson Plumming, these guys worked so hard to get this operational, was a massive upgrade from the previous Water tank and Bolier combo, to just a Bolier that does it all, guys a very big thank you, you were brilliant. kind regards Stu McKinnon

I found that Martin&co is a professional, supportive, attentive team, who's always resolving issues with landlords and tenants. I am currently dealing with Robert, who is a property manager and i found him extremely helpful, he always gets back to me and i feel supported by his efforts. Most of issues are dealt with which is so brilliant.
