***** FIVE STARS ***** Far too many years ago (2001 to be exact) I started my working career as an estate agent where I met some great people. Those I met and have been in touch with over the years included the estate agency legends better known as Lee Mann, Steve Wiggins and Graham Hughes... There were other great people, but this review isn't about them. 12 months ago I embarked on the task of getting my parents to move out of our family home of over 30 years. No small task I tell you. Despite having a little knowledge of EA, I was adamant I was not going to take on more of the work and try the modern day mistake of using the DIY estate agents. Don't for 101 reasons. Following tidying up my parent's house, getting Lee "the" Mann round twice for advice & numbers and then Bond Residential team selling my parents house, we are now thankfully due to complete this week. My parents have been blown away by the quality of service and professionalism received by Bond Residential. My parent have found the whole "moving" part quite stressful (selling, finding and the legal process) but mainly having to deal or rather, put up with other estate agents on the purchasing side. But the care and communication from Bonds has been nothing less than brilliant. And people that I don't know like Allan, Jack and others have made the whole stressful experience, a whole lot easier due to their expertise in their market and the delivery of an exceptional service to their customer. I knew people like Lee, Steve and Graham we top agents, but when you hear the feedback from your parents and the names popping up you don't know. It shows what a superb business and service run throughout every member of their team. I am extremely grateful to them all for helping and supporting my parents with everything. So thank you. To anyone reading this, a lot can go wrong in estate agency (buying/selling) and most of the time it is easy to point the finger as the middlemen. The guys and girls at Bonds do a fantastic job when it comes to the difficult/different people and handling any situation that can arise to protect their customer. Thank you once again, Bond team and congratulations Lee, Steve, Graham. Your team have done you proud and are an excellent reflection of personal touch you bring to the industry.

We used Bond to help us sell our property in Chelmsford. I can't fault the team at all. They were helpful, honest and always kept us up to date. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again. Thanks again to all involved!

My sister and I found ourselves in the unfortunate position of having to sell our late Mother's property at the beginning of a very volatile and competitive time in the housing market. 3 agents (Bond, Balgores and Beresfords - all the B's!) were invited to pitch for our business and we were most impressed with the approach and personality of Steve Wiggins, now Manager at the Danbury Office. Our marketing commenced many, many months ago and what we felt was going to be a relatively straightforward probate sale turned into anything but. After 3 months we decided to appoint one of the aforementioned agents of a joint agency basis and whilst they gave the impression of being sharp and keen they didn't really do anything to impress when the weeks turned into months and they seemed to lose interest. We then terminated our agreement with them, which prompted an unprofessional reaction (enough said) and we instructed another firm to work alongside Bond Residential. These too proved to be ineffective and their services were also terminated and we returned to a sole agency agreement with Bond Residential. Bonds were our agents for longer than either party in the sale wanted but they still went above and beyond what anyone would expect. New strategies were discussed and implemented, feature listings, sales shows, brochure adverts, professional outsourced photos ... the list goes on. At no point did they ever show or give us any indication that they had lost interest and it was genuinely appreciated. Estate Agents get bad press at times; sometimes it's deserved and other times not. The entire team at Bond Residential were a cut above the rest and if you're selling in Chelmsford or the surrounding area, give them a call. I'm sure you won't regret it.

Exceptional service all round. We used Bond Residential to sell our house and buy our new property and the service and level of professionalism was superb. The professional consultation, photography/marketing material and viewings had our house sold, and the new house secured, within a few weeks. We were then supported the whole way through to the point of completion. Thank you team Bond! Highly recommended.
