I sent an email to Bond asking lots of (probably quite annoying) advice from a first time buyers perspective. I sent the same email to multiple estate agents and Bond was the only one that replied swiftly giving a really detailed, personalised, honest email. We recently sold our property through Bond Residential, Lee Mann was extremely helpful & knowledgeable on setting a realistic sale price and provided data to back up this advice. We had the added stress of a potential buyer withdrawing their offer, but Lee was instantly on the phone re-assuring us to keep calm and we will find another buyer very soon. Although we did not chose bonds as our estate agents to sell our own property, we did purchase a property which was on sale through them. They made the whole process so much easier. Every single member of staff we dealt with was professional and more than helpful. Especially Melvin who we dealt with at the start. He called when he said he would and kept us informed of anything they had been made aware of regarding any updates. Unfortunately Melvin was taken ill close to Christmas so we dealt with Graham and a few other team members who were also very experienced team members and kept us fully informed as much as possible.
