An interesting location with a fun one lane entry/exit route making driving in rather interesting. Parking is good and some very knowledgeable staff around to help. The Koi pond inside is huge along with the massive range of plants (bought 3 cacti....why not!) Set up inside very much like the beccles location however in this one it's easier to walk around especially when over 6'. One star dropped as being charged £6.90 for two teas which were two average sized mugs with a tea bag dumped in does take the Mike when most cafes (including garden centres) offer better value for money and a tea pot at that price!
