We are very pleased with our service using Balgores in Chelmsford, we had a few snagging issues with the property when we moved in due to it being empty for a while. Daniel was key in getting these issues sorted out quickly and was a great support throughout. Grace and Ben were also helpful whenever we called the branch.

Ben has given us good service since he took over as a manager of our rental property through Balgores. He is pro-active and works hard to find the best price for any repairs necessary at our property. Renting for the first time as a middle-age woman is tricky, Balgores (and Dan) helped with the process. There are many steps along the way and Dan tried to push things through.
