I am so pleased that I went to Balgores Chelmsford I needed to find a property quickly near to my new job Michael Bacon in the Lettings department talked me through the process and paperwork. Fantastic service. Balgores helped with my first home, and made the whole process as smooth as it could have been. Michael stayed an hour after the close of business two days in a row to help me progress quickly with finding the right mortgage. He gave balanced, fair and useful insights with mortgages. The other staff at Balgores are also really friendly, responsive, and I would thoroughly recommend using their services. I will definitely consider using them again if I need property agents in the future. The lawyers they referred me to (APL, based in Leeds) and Countrywide solicitors were also very good. I used Balgores to sell my house after failing with another agent. Their enthusiasm and dedication puts them well ahead of some other agents. Wow - very speedy response from James one evening, when I sent through a right move message wanting to view the property the next day. He arranged the viewing with the owner for the next day which was absolutely perfect! Really perfect timing to fit into my busy diary. I have been searching for a decent size house in Chelmsford for so long and was so glad to find something. Everything was straight forward, barring the potential 17 viewings that this property had on the next day, however this did not put me off. I wanted this house, I wanted this new life in Chelmsford. Various conversations via email and telephone went on to "bid" for this property, however I Won with plenty of luck! I could not fault James at all, really made viewing/purchasing this house an enjoyable experience. Great service, a few issues along the way but these were sorted promptly by the manager. Very friendly and good communications.

Despite a long process the staff at Balgores stayed in for the long haul and didn't dismiss me even as my sale hit stumbling blocks. Ricky at Chelmsford and Marie in South Woodham were always available and on my side.

Would recommend for professionalism. Marketing brochure was well presented, great photographs. Allannah always very positive and determined to achieve best price. Progression through to completion was handled expertly by Marie, despite a very complicated chain of sale.
