They are rubbish did not answer our calls would not use them at all

Be careful when renting. Tried to deduct money from deposit at the end of the tenancy for 'cleaning' despite us leaving the property cleaner than it was when we moved in. Staff very unreasonable about this.

Very disappointing service by the way they treat their customers. If I could score less than 1 star I would do.

DISGUSTING COMPANY! My daughter has had nothing but trouble from them in as little as 6 weeks!!!! An issue over something so small that was easily rectified by another member of staff however the original agent was a man who threatened my daughter and even swore down the phone to her boss when he called to rectify the matter as she was constantly crying at work because she was being bullied and threatened to be kicked out of the property for something that wasn't even an issue when another member of staff took over the complaint! DISGRACEFUL - only after a quick buck! The other member of staff admitted that the agent dealing with it first is known for using bully tactics to get the tenant out the property so he can re let and make commission again on the re letting fees!! STEER WELL CLEAR!!!
