Having initially put our house on the market with another agent with no interest at all after three months, it was a pleasure to work with Danny. He advised us about the importance of professional photos, and booked them straight away. We were delighted with the professional look of the marketing brochure and we started to get viewings straight away. Once we had an offer accepted Danny and Allannah worked tirelessly to ensure nothing went wrong, that all the queries were answered quickly and the whole sale process took less that two and 1/2 months. We were overjoyed to be able to complete so quickly!

I did start looking for a property around Chelmsford about 3-4 months ago, Balgores was one of the estate agent I had contact with. They booked for me few visits in a day, to a variety of property just to give me a viewing on the market.
