I was strongly recommended to try Balgores after having a disastrous time house hunting with alternate companies. I cannot express how pleased I am that I (eventually) took the advice. The service I received from start to finish was exceptional, and the agent (Michael Bacon) went above and beyond to make sure that I found a rental property that ticked every box I had, and even went as far as to offer local advice (I'm new to Chelmsford) and checked in to see how the move had gone, which was a very nice touch. Wouldn't even bother looking to any other companies should I need to move again.

From the very first meeting with Mike Bacon at my rental property, it was clear to me that I was going to entrust him to look after my investment. We spent over an hour discussing the process of renting and I was left highly impressed with his attitude, knowledge and enthusiasm. During marketing, Mike and his team gave me feedback and advice which quickly led to an acceptable offer from a professional tenant. At one stage, in the interim period between accepting the offer and tenants moving in, I thought of a query on deposit schemes while sat on my sofa at 10:25pm. I emailed Mike from my phone so that I didn’t forget, not expecting a response until the next day. I had my full, comprehensive reply from Mike within 10 minutes! I can’t tell you how much that impressed me. The tenants moved in some time ago and things are going well. If there is ever an issue, it is dealt with by the property manager Jade Sharpe in a speedy, efficient manor. I can’t recommend Mike and his Balgores team highly enough and I certainly won’t be using any other agent. Well done guys.

After wasting a month with another agent who did very little, we instructed Danny who found us a buyer in a week and within 6 weeks we had completed. Excellent service. This company really seem to be hungry for business unlike other agents who talk the talk but don’t deliver.
