From the first second our agent, Mike Bacon was really excellent, different from the managers. He was kind, calm, patient, quick, with full of empathy. Our case was not easy. We were seeking a perfect rent since January and it became more and more urgent as we passed the time. My daughter must move until 16th of March, because of her obligate special practice in her school. She needed to move from Brentwood to Chelmsford. She has 2 dogs, and everybody knows it's not an easy job to find a rent with 2 dogs for a student. Customer service is very good. The staff are very helpful and responsive. They have their own in-house mortgage broker which helped the whole process run smoothly.
