At the outset we approached Balgores for a valuation on our house, they responded very quickly and promptly found three people interested in buying our house before it was even marketed. Within 48 hours we had an offer. Allanah was brilliant. Marie then picked up the reins keeping our buyers informed as we went through the traumatic process of trying to secure a new home in Devon. After several protracted attempts we found our new home, the fourth attempt, and throughout Marie made sure we didnt lose our buyers. Balgores were recommended to us by a family member and we were put in contact with Allannah. Straight from the start upon meeting her we were very impressed in her knowledge of the market and local area, professionalism and speed of getting the sale of our property up and running. The Photographer came and took some fantastic photos and really made the house look its best. The sales brochure was professional and well written. (We had put our house for sale a year earlier with another local sales agent and the difference was like chalk and cheese.
