As always a fantastic service from The Balgores Lettings Team. This is the 2nd time I have used them and both times they were very efficient, responsive to calls, polite and extremely easy process for signing contracts etc. Michael Charles was a breath of fresh air, I never had to chase and he always returned my calls straight away. The flat went onto Rightmove on Monday at 3.00pm and by 4.00pm on Tuesday he had found a tenant. I have another property to list soon and I will 100% be using them again. We sold our house last year with balgores and can't fault their service. The viewings were organised and were arranged to minimise causing any inconvenience, they communicated well throughout the process, and were very helpful when dealing with other agents (who were very much less helpful). We dealt with a few people from the Chelmsford office, and all were brilliant.
