I rented a room in a shared flat for 7 years and had a wonderful experience throughout my tenancy. The flat was comfortable and well-maintained, and any issues were always addressed promptly and professionally. Communication with the landlord/agency was excellent — friendly, straightforward, and fair. Moving out was smooth, and I received my full deposit back on the same day I left, without any problems. I’m grateful for such a positive renting experience and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Had previously sold our house with another estate agent however unfortunately sale fell through and was taking months to try and find a buyer and was getting no where. Got in contact with Clint and within a week of being on the market with him, we had sold!! He was absolutely amazing took care of everything! From taking all the photos and videos of the house, handling all the viewings and to pushing solicitors for us! He kept us up-to-date constantly, got us the price we wanted and handled everything.
