Balgores Allannah at the Chelmsford estate agents is the most incredible and most pro active agent l have dealt with, and l sell property for a living, she is excellent and goes over and beyond for both seller and buyers. She worked with my tenant to fit the viewings and was on hand 24/7 even on Sunday. Even after all her hard work l made mistake not checking my redemption penalty and she was happy to pause the sale, even after the professional photos were taken. I would not use anyone else she’s the best.
