Recently went through the renting process with Ben and Jody from the Chelmsford office. Both are super professional and great estate agents! I decided to rent a flat through Balgores due to the positive reviews I read online, and they didn't dissapoint. Ben guided me through the referencing process, kept me updated at all times, and answered all my questions. I'm now waiting to move into my flat in April. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new home!

Working with Ben to secure a rental property after our main property was damaged by burst pipe. Ben has been extremely proactive in identifying a property and then taking us through the referencing process to hopefully to the end . He has worked very hard and reacts quickly to queries that have arisen in this process ! Fingers crossed 👍
