Update: December 2023 We've had continuous good property management service from Balgores. I addition, we've just had excellent service on reletting our property. Especial thanks to Bobbi Scott (PM), Jody Manno (Lettings) and Chris Ping. We've now been with Balgores for over 8 years. We'd like to thank Mica for her very pro-active approach to finding tenants for our property. She's been great finding tenants each time we need to. In fact, within a day of advertising this time she had a tenant viewing the property....and just 10 days later the tenant had moved in. All very well managed. She listened carefully to our needs, their needs and matched the two sides. She minimised the time between tenants for us, but allowed time for us to redecorate, whilst quickly solving the tenants' problem - their previous property had fallen through. Balgores have been our letting and management agents for 5 years and that has been a good choice on both sides.

Had to get in contact with the chelmsford office regards a query with my rental ,and have spoken to Luke a couple of times this week regarding the problem and i must say i dont write many reviews and when i do its normally of poor service etc, but i have to say it was a pleasant change to deal with someone who was very polite and helpful and helped me sort the query out ,so i just want to thank Luke for his help and continue the good work as it gets a 5 star from me.Thank You
