Had to get in contact with the chelmsford office regards a query with my rental ,and have spoken to Luke a couple of times this week regarding the problem and i must say i dont write many reviews and when i do its normally of poor service etc, but i have to say it was a pleasant change to deal with someone who was very polite and helpful and helped me sort the query out ,so i just want to thank Luke for his help and continue the good work as it gets a 5 star from me.Thank You
