We cannot recommend Balgores enough. They are very professional and Alannah was so helpful from the initial enquiry to the completion of the sale. She has been available throughout to answer any queries and to put our minds at rest. One of the things we liked about Alannah was that she was honest from the outset and priced the property at a reasonable level to gain a sale as soon as possible. Balgores managed all the viewings with prospective buyers and handled this with a high degree of professionalism. Other agents will promise you the world and a higher price for your property but within weeks they will be reducing the price and backtracking to a lower sale price to gain a sale. Do not hesitate to use Balgores as they are a very professional company and will do anything to make your sale as smooth as it possibly can be. The other good thing about Balgores is that Marie progresses the sale and liaised with the other solicitors involved to make sure that the sale progressed and that any problems were ironed out at a very early stage.
