Competitive, Friendly and Professional
We decided to approach Adrians to sell our house through recommendations and we were not dissappointed, from start to finish they were highly professional and the communication throughout the whole selling process was excellent. Professional, Friendly, Exceptional, Outstanding Service
We would like to thanks Rian Davis, our negotiator for his outstanding service on our recent purchase. We were new to Chelmsford; Rian has helped us providing all the necessary information at every step during our negotiation. He understands our requirements and always guided us with a very friendly, confident and positive attitude. We really like his professional behaviour. At times, when he is not around he always made sure, we are well informed and someone else from Adrians is ready to help us. We were a first time buyer and had many doubts regarding buying process (solicitor, mortgage etc.), Rian has gone extra mile providing and supporting us with information which made the entire process go smoothly. His communication style is exceptional, we never felt out of touch with him, he constantly updated us through emails and phone. We are very happy in the entire process and can't thank you enough Rian and the whole team at Adrians for your excellent service throughout. We would highly recommend Rian and Adrians!

Gary Ketley
My brother and myself first contacted Gary regarding the probate valuation on our father's property. He was both helpful and considerate so when we decided to explore the idea of renting the property he was our first point of call. Throughout that process he kept us up to date with progress on a regular basis and was able to offer advice and answer our questions. Viewings came thick and fast and his help was invaluable at that time. We have been very impressed by Gary's extensive knowledge of the local property market and his willingness to go the extra mile in making sure we were happy with Adrian's service. I would have no problem in recommending Adrians to any one who is considering either selling or renting out a property.

Professional, friendly and effective service
Putting my parents' property on the rental market when living elsewhere could have been complicated, but we were recommended Adrians by neighbours and have been delighted with the service. Meetings and phone calls were efficient and friendly without ever being pushy, and valuations and prospective tenants were provided quickly. When we eventually sell the property we will definitely use them again; I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Efficient, friendly and helpful
We recently purchased a property through Adrians and have been very pleased with the professionalism of all the staff that we have come across. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and accommodating, dealing with all our queries quickly and efficiently. Our purchase was not quite as straight forward as we hoped but the team at Adrians kept us informed and up to date with progress when needed. They certainly helped a great deal just as things started to slow down to ensure all outstanding items were addressed promptly whilst making sure everyone's individual needs / timing requirements were met. I bombarded Gary, Nigel and James with countless emails and calls but without their help and patience, we would not have completed the purchase when we did. Many thanks again.

Efficient, effective, friendly and competitive.
As far as estate agents go, I don't honestly think you could get a better service from what I've experienced with Adrians. I have used them now twice to buy and sell and on both occasions the service has been fantastic. On my recent sale, which took the best part of 5 months and 3 buyers, Adrians proved essential and saved me so much time and effort had I had to do the chasing myself. They work efficiently and effectively soliciting current and accurate updates up and down the chain, and unlike some agents anyone at Adrians, be that Rian, James, Gary or Ray, can deal with queries to ensure prompt continuity. Competitively priced too I highly recommend giving them a call.

Great from start to end
I cannot thanks Adrians enough, it was my first property and they helped me from viewing till the end. They keep you updated with whats hapenning. I didnt not feel i am not aware what my next steps are at any point. Infact they even helped me to resolve few issues and during this Pandamic times, it was great. I had a great experience and I highly recommend them.

Hard work paid off
We must say Adrians Estate Agents in Chelmsford were excellent, particularly Katherine who worked her socks off to keep the sale going when all seemed lost. She is a credit to the team. The initial valuation visit was fine and professional and Gary had great local knowledge and we soon agreed a sensible offer price. Adrians then quickly set up a number of viewings that met our criteria and of the initial viewings we accepted one that was near enough to the asking price. That’s when the hard work really started and Katherine came to the fore. Although issues in the chain didn’t allow us to complete as we wanted this was not of their making and they helped us negotiate this difficult period. Thank you Adrians and Katherine in particular for your hard work and professionalism.
