We recently purchased a house trough Robinson Michael & Jackson Chatham, their service, aftercare and help is amazing! A little background on our journey. We were first time sellers and decided to sell our old house trough Yopa (big mistake). The experience was exactly what you would expect for the price you pay. Once we accepted an offer they moved on to their next sale, leaving you to deal with the rest of the process on your own. You have to do the hard work of chasing solicitors, surveyors and your buyers directly. No aftercare, advise or guidance. Anyway back to RM&J; we found our perfect new home trough their website, we contacted them and very quickly organised a viewing. Once our offer was accepted we realised the difference in service to what we got from Yopa. We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Dallas and Kendell who went above and beyond what you would expect from the estate agent you’re buying from. Their guidance was invaluable and we could have never gotten the sale trough pre Christmas if it wasn’t for their help. Big shoutout to Kendell who was incredible! She was key and became the intermediate on the entire chain. She was helping us with the sale of our old house, chasing our solicitors, our own buyers solicitors and of course our sellers. I could go on and on but I will finish by saying “Look no further ” if your buying/selling this is the estate agent to get. Massive thank you to them. We are settled enjoying our new home, this was only possible because of them.

Very efficient from start to finish. All of my enquiries were dealt with promptly and even after completion day, they were more than happy to resolve any outstanding queries that I had. Every member of staff that I dealt with was polite and personable and nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. I would definitely use Robinson Michael and Jackson in the future and have no hesitation in recommending their services.

After wasting a month with another estate agent, their services were dispensed with and we contacted Robinson, Michael & Jackson. What a difference. Within 48 hours of marketing, our property was not only viewed but a subsequent offer came in and to sold status we went.
