We had tried to sell our 2 bed flat with an different estate agent before listing it with RMJ. We did not have a very good experience with the other estate agent and moving to RMJ was a great decision. They had clearly vetted people before booking in viewings, and every appointment went ahead as expected. Once we finally sold, we found ourselves in a long chain which has obviously been very stressful. Angela took our case as our sales progressor and gave us regular updates about how everything was progressing.
