Kiran is a lovely and incredibly helpful estate agent! As a first-time buyer, I had so many questions, but she took the time to explain the entire buying process to me, including things like solicitors, which I wasn’t even aware of. She also arranged a mortgage appointment with their advisor, Gurmukh, who managed to get me a much better rate than I expected. We had tried to sell our 2 bed flat with an different estate agent before listing it with RMJ. We did not have a very good experience with the other estate agent and moving to RMJ was a great decision. They had clearly vetted people before booking in viewings, and every appointment went ahead as expected. Once we finally sold, we found ourselves in a long chain which has obviously been very stressful. Angela took our case as our sales progressor and gave us regular updates about how everything was progressing. Angela really helped make the final push to get all properties in the chain to proceed with exchange, and we really felt like she celebrated with us when it all finally went through. Buying our first place was a big deal, and honestly, we were a bit lost at the start. Choosing Robinson Michael & Jackson turned out to be a great move, mainly because of the support from Angela and the whole team. It has been a year since we used RMJ to sell our property, and still I have the same feeling of happiness for the great good they did for my family.
