Likely to recommend !
Sam was extremely professional and friendly whilst he carried out the viewings on our home. He was always on time, if not a few minutes early, to enable all viewing to go as smoothly as possible. When possible Sam booked all viewings at convenient times around my work schedule., This was helpful as it meant the viewings caused as little disruption to my day. Sam was polite and approachable, giving quick and honest feedback following viewings. He appeared confident and showed he knows what he was talking despite not being with the company long, This filled our family with confidence too.

Friendly helpful great to deal with
Although we were not sure whether we wanted to sell or not Mike was very helpful and patient with us. Very quick with viewings and feed back. When we decided not to sell he was very understanding. We will certainly consider using Charters again should we decide to move in the future.

A positive and supportive experience
Jo combined her professionalism with a friendly and warm manner. As things started to become a little tense close to our exchange, Jo was a positive and calming influence, keeping us updated and reassured throughout the process. Exceptional, Mike always had time to give me advice and support.
Mike and his colleagues at Chandler's Ford Charters are an exceptional team. It isn't often that you feel you can put your trust unreservedly in another persons hands, especially when it involves the hazardous world of real estate. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Mike and team. When the time comes again I know that I can be assured that he will have my best interests at heart.

Jo has been great through thick and thin!
Jo has been invaluable throughout a very tricky sale procedure. She has been excellent in keeping me updated, and has always been easy to get hold of or returned my calls straight away. She is very well informed has dealt efficiently with all my queries, as well as dealing promptly with all other parties involved. I would not hesitate to recommend her 100% - thank you, Jo!

Excellent communication skills
We marketed our house with Charters and received 3 offers within the first few days and were 'Sale Agreed' and off the market within a week. We have now exchanged and are pending completion later this month. Throughout the process Jo has kept us informed, liaising with both our solicitor and the buyer's, ensuring that everyone keeps talking to each other to ensure a smooth operation from beginning to end. She is always friendly and most importantly always returns calls at her earliest convenience, which helps immensely with the stress that comes with moving! Jo always does her best to ensure that everyone in the process is happy with the progress being made. I can't rate her professionalism high enough.

An extremely professional estate agent.
Sam is extremely courteous, professional, knowledgable and was there on time, if not before. If we had any queries that he could not answer immediately, he found the answers and got back to us as promised.
