Excellent communication skills

We marketed our house with Charters and received 3 offers within the first few days and were 'Sale Agreed' and off the market within a week. We have now exchanged and are pending completion later this month. Throughout the process Jo has kept us informed, liaising with both our solicitor and the buyer's, ensuring that everyone keeps talking to each other to ensure a smooth operation from beginning to end. She is always friendly and most importantly always returns calls at her earliest convenience, which helps immensely with the stress that comes with moving!
