Think carefully before renting through this agency We rented through this agency for 10 years across two properties, always paid on time and looked after the homes. Sadly, the end of our tenancy has been a very stressful experience. Over 12 days after moving out, we still haven't had our deposit back. We've repeatedly been told the landlord is "considering their options", but we've been given no clear figures or real evidence for any deductions. Communication has been vague, and it feels like we're being left waiting while they hold on to our money. We're fair people and happy to pay for genuine damage, but this process has felt unreasonable and one-sided. If you're renting through them, I'd strongly recommend keeping detailed photos, videos and records throughout your tenancy and at check-out, which may sound obvious but we failed to do so and paying the price, disappointing a local agent treats local families this way, especially in these times with cost of living issues.
