Zero professionalism. It is the second time they cancel my viewings saying an offer has already been made and accepted even without knowing if I would make a better offer on the houses. If you are a seller, please think twice before getting in business with these people.
Reply from Sparks Ellison - Chandler's Ford: Hi Antonio,
We are very sorry that you feel this way and disappointed that your experience has led to this review.
As discussed when we spoke, our responsibility is to act in the best interests of our clients when selling their property. On this occasion, the seller received an offer that they felt was too good to refuse and therefore decided to accept it and cancel any further viewings.
We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been for you, particularly as we know you are in a strong position to proceed with a purchase. Unfortunately, once a seller has made that decision, we are simply left with the difficult task of informing any remaining applicants.
We genuinely appreciate your interest in the property and would very much welcome the opportunity to help you find a suitable home in the future. Please do get in touch if we can assist with any other properties we are marketing.
