It’s been a while since moving house and Estate Agents have seemed to introduce a new employee to chase and keep on top of the chain. Lucie Appleton was looking after us and gave us a weekly update of how the move was progressing and what the blockages were. She was very helpful and gave us a very good service and was clear in her communication. She definitely made the process easier and made me feel that all was being done to get this over the line.
