We have been working to try and sell and buy a house with Sparks over the last year and a half. Although it's not been a smooth road for us (through no fault of Sparks), they have been excellent in terms of helping us navigate the circus of a property system we have in England!!! In the early stages of marketing my house, we were kept well informed on viewings, feedback and even the Rightmove performance stats. Lucie, our sales progression manager, was patient and reassuring when I was (frequently) losing the plot and her communications and updates were clear, helpful and timely. We are very grateful to Lucie and the team for helping us finally pass the exchange stage and are looking forward to our long awaited move and a fresh start in a couple of weeks time.
