This is the second time I have bought and sold with Sparks Ellison. Just as last time I have nothing but praise for the efficient, but at the same time friendly and kind, way they dealt with the transaction. Even though the whole team was exceptional, I want to give a special mention to Victoria who coordinates the process between buyers/sellers and solicitors once an offer has been accepted. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she kept us informed every step of the way. She made, what could otherwise have been a very stressful time much easier to cope with, and she was always ready with good advice.
