Hi Rajesh, I’m very concerned to read this review. Naturally I am concerned about your feeling that our Lettings team were ‘rude’ and ‘unprofessional’ but even more concerned about the accusation of racism. I believe we already have your details on our system so we would not need to re take these. Could you please email me at mark@sparksellison.co.uk as a matter of urgency to report exactly what racist remarks or actions have been made to you/against you as this needs to be looked into immediately. Putting this out on a public site is an extremely serious, potentially libellous, accusation and one that we will take very seriously.
