Although I didn't end up buying through Sparks for my recent house purchase, I have done previously and have viewed several properties of theirs. They have always been extremely professional, helpful, and proactive in helping me find a home. You feel first in the queue when a good property match is added to their portfolio, in a market where you can often feel 'forgotten' about as others somehow beat you to it.
