From beginning to end of an exceptionally difficult sale at times which seemed never to end the team were professional, efficient and courteous. The fact we do not live in the UK made things seem much more difficult for us but there was always someone at the end of the phone with expert knowledge to ease our worries. Never at anytime was anything too much trouble, especially Victoria who went the extra mile for us.
