I do appreciate that there were challenges with your sale given that the buyer changed the way they funded the purchase which created delays. Obviously we were keen to hold this together for you, with your agreement, to ensure we maximised the sale figure you achieved, given the current market conditions, which did mean a longer process but this is still below the national average currently.
