I engaged Sparks Ellison to sell my Mum's house after she had to move into a care home. Adam, Victoria and the rest of the team have been excellent throughout - very professional and supportive through this difficult time. Looking back, I especially appreciate the sensible, pragmatic advice that Adam gave me at the start of the process and the personal contact that I had with Victoria towards the end. As is to be expected when selling a house, there were a couple of hiccups, but they were quickly dealt with very well.
