Sparks Ellison is a big player in Chandlers Ford and we are so pleased that we used this leverage to sell our house. Although they are big in the area I felt there was a personal touch, from Mark Ellison, who really sold the service and market knowledge to us, through to Frazier, George and Chris who were brilliant in supporting the sale of the house and Victoria, who kept all the plates spinning when managing the relationship between solicitors, estate agents and buyers. Considering the very difficult market conditions Mark was there every step of the way to help us decide a plan, as things got tough.
