Appalling. Absolutely the worst lettings agent I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Zero communication.

very good until I wanted to move out before my tennancy was up. had to pay fees for moving out, fees for leaving early. the property was left in an immaculate state. and new tenants were found to move in and pay all the fees for moving in. so they or landlord was not losing out on rent etc. poor customer service, rude and abrupt! wouldn't recommend park and Bailey in caterham valley.
