So happy we used Park & Bailey for the sale of our house. I used Park & Bailey (Caterham on the hill) for the sale of my house. After having suffered other estate agents I found this team a breath of fresh air. I received a polite, professional, and attentive service from start to finish. The work provided by the progression department is second to none. Ginette kept the solicitors under control and the entire process on track, a service worthy of the fee in itself. If you are buying and selling property, this office comes Highly Recommended.
