Park and Bailey dominate the housing market around Coulsdon, Caterham and Purley (where we’re looking) with a fantastic range of houses. So many beautiful properties and Ruby who has shown us around multiple properties is incredibly accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. Whilst we’ve not yet found our dream home I’m confident with Park and Bailey we will.

When Chris first came round to view our property there was no pushy sales pitch just a chat about what Park & Bailey could offer and they didn't disappoint. The property was correctly priced after consulting with us and viewings were lined up ready for the open day and they managed to get the right type of people through the door as the property was sold pre-marketing. After the sale some Agents would move on but Chris and Mark assisted us with our onward purchase and were then available to provide guidance and advice throughout the process even on moving day. Even when there were bumps in the road with our purchase there was no pressure to get us to proceed so as to get the sale on their books unless we were happy and satisfied to go ahead with our onward purchase. Park & Bailey offered a first class service when selling my property. From the first visit Chris made for a probate valuation and then 15 months later to take on the sale, he was always very professional, showed great enthusiasm for my house and gave me confidence P&B would be able to market and sell my house successfully. Mark and Luke made the viewing bookings and Jess showed potential buyers around. I received a very quick offer from the first set of viewings which was within the asking price. Mark then looked after me whilst I tried to secure an onward purchase. He check in every couple of weeks to see how I was getting on and also negotiated confidently and precisely for when I wished to put an offer forward. Any questions were always answered plus I used their recommended surveyor. Damien took me through progression, again giving very good advice and support until exchange of contracts.
