We recently sold and bought through Park and Bailey and highly recommend them as agents. From the initial consultation to picking up the keys to our new house, we couldn't fault the team. But we were particularly impressed with the progression team, especially Damien. Our purchase and the top of the chain were slightly complicated by the involvement of management organisations so we encountered a lot of delays and frustration, but we always felt that Damien had our backs and was chasing other parties on our behalf.
