Robinson Jackson - Ebbsfleet Garden City

Red Squirrel were able to find me a short term tenant just before Xmas when a well known corporate co couldn’t. Very friendly co to deal with and Freya & Eileen very efficient. Will definitely use again.

Red Squirrel were very helpful when we urgently needed a 6-month let after various temporary homes after our house was flooded. Friendly, always willing to sort out problems. Recommended.

Jess and Freya are an ace team. Professional , friendly and warm all at the same time . This is my first rental property and it felt seamless and smooth. No questions too small or trivial . Will use red squirrel again, without a doubt.

I used Red Squirrel to manage two flats over the past year. They have been timely and effective in finding good tenants, as well as when one tenant left at the end of the tenancy. More importantly, given the properties were old and needed a lot of repairs (with the seller actually leaving them in a worst state than expected), Red Squirrel dealt with this rather tiresome list of repairs in stride and with a lot of patience, which would otherwise be very hard for me to handle from far away.

Everyone at Red Squirrel is professional, friendly, approachable and efficient. Especially the two Chloe’s! As a tenant, any issues I’ve had so far have been addressed quickly and with patience. Thanks to the whole team!

We rented properties via Red Squirrel for over 5 years and when we had problems in the first property they went above and beyond to find us an alternative property to live in. Any issues were dealt with immediately. We would like to thank Eileen, Liam and Chloe for their support during our time on the isle of Wight

Kerstie and the whole team at Robinson Jackson Ebbsfleet have been fantastic start to finish!!

Kerstie has been brilliant with us since our very first viewing. She’s super helpful and responsive, which is especially appreciated with us being first time buyers. Can’t wait to get the keys now!

Pleasure to work with, responds on time and chases the solicitors proactively. Shoutout to Tracy Wright for all the help
