If only words could describe how helpful everyone was with this completion! From the beginning, Amanda really helped me. Carol contacted me on a weekly basis for an update. Olivia was patient with me to actually get the viewing booked in. Robert walked me around the property giving me as much information as he could. A real friendly face. Super happy with my new home and I owe the team so much, they allow the process to be seamless and I’m grateful.

Tracy is an absolute credit to the team at Robinson Jackson. She was top notch in communication and providing a personal, friendly service. Amanda was wonderful, again super friendly. I had meetings with a few agents before choosing Robinson Jackson and it was Amanda who was not too pushy on valuation trying to get me to sign up there and then (which other agents did, putting me off), that made me go with Robinson Jackson. There were a few mix ups with bookings of viewings at the start of my property sale but not to the point of an inconvenience and the team always were understanding and kind. Thank you to the Swanscombe/Ebbsfleet team!

I have currently just accepted an offer on my place, and so far the service has been great! My property was only on the market for 1 week and Matthew kept me up to date on activity, advised me where needed and managed to get me a great price on my property!

The sale of my house has been as smooth as possible mainly due to 2 individuals. Robert Browning was open and honest with me on the valuation which helped achieve a quick sale at a good value. Tracy Wright has been brilliant with the post-sale work. She was able to keep myself, our buyers and the various estate agents/solicitors fully up to speed which helps eliminate any potential misinformation. I would definitely recommend Robinson Jackson to anyone wanting to sell their property in the area.
