Very strict about properties for anyone under 25

Had a few issues during the tenancy which could have been avoided but overall ok.

Helpful when you attend in person but we had continual problems with undrinkable water and when contacted over the phone, nothing came of it. We had to buy bottles for over a year.

Enquired on line numerous times about properties without reply

Worst agents known to man, lie through their teeth to keep your money, offload houses to other agents midway through a complaints procedure thinking it will help them, wouldn't touch them with my own large pole , let alone anyone else's, sheer well clear or you will suffer because of them
