The folks at Northwood Carlisle have been brilliant the whole way through. My mum is elderly and doesn't have the greatest mobility. Northwood came round to our house with the contracts to sign, rather than getting my mum to travel into their offices. And their plumber Chris treats my mum so well if he has to pop round to get the boiler or radiators working. He's there so fast and super friendly.
