I???ll be as straightforward with this as I can. I???ve dealt with a lot of letting agents / estate agents in my life and I can confidently say this was by far the easiest and quickest of all the previous processes. No unnecessary steps, Ruth knew the answers to everything I asked on the spot and most importantly was at the viewing early like myself. It???s been less than a month between my viewing and me getting the keys and that includes waiting for the previous tenant to vacate so it may well have been shorter had that not been the case. Great service, simple and stress free.

The folks at Northwood Carlisle have been brilliant the whole way through. My mum is elderly and doesn't have the greatest mobility. Northwood came round to our house with the contracts to sign, rather than getting my mum to travel into their offices. And their plumber Chris treats my mum so well if he has to pop round to get the boiler or radiators working. He's there so fast and super friendly.
