I???ll be as straightforward with this as I can. I???ve dealt with a lot of letting agents / estate agents in my life and I can confidently say this was by far the easiest and quickest of all the previous processes. No unnecessary steps, Ruth knew the answers to everything I asked on the spot and most importantly was at the viewing early like myself. It???s been less than a month between my viewing and me getting the keys and that includes waiting for the previous tenant to vacate so it may well have been shorter had that not been the case.
