Because we are based in Glasgow and were not able to be in Carlisle, Susan went the extra mile and stepped in to help us where she could - nothing was too much trouble for her. Communication was regular, clear and direct, so we were always up to date with how the sale was progressing. I would recommend Northwood - and Susan in particular - for anyone looking to sell their house.
