We've generally been very happy with Northwood over the last 10 years, although there have been one or two instances where communication of instructions have resulted in the odd problem, but they are quick to resolve them to our satisfaction.

Jess at Northwood, Carlisle provided magnificent service. My daughter is looking for a two bedroomed flat in Edinburgh for her second year at University and Jess went out of her way to help by contacting their Edinburgh office. My daughter got a viewing appointment the very first day! WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Really nice girls, answered all of our questions (even the weird and awkward ones haha) and made the whole experience nice and easy. After the disastrous experience with Your Move we were so happy with Northwood. We will be recommending them in the future.

Very good service, any issues (and there was only one regarding a plumbing problem) were dealt with in a timely manner, and nothing was too much trouble. All the ladies were very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend Northwoods services to anyone.
